At Lagom Bakery, we prioritise a menu that balances seasonality + consistency. We stick to a core range of slow-fermented sourdoughs + pastries (the ones our customers come back for daily / weekly) with flavourful updates + specials.

 

There’s an abundance of local produce available on the NSW South Coast, so we’re proud to partner with these growers, makers + farmers who offer the best quality while keeping our food miles low.
