Have you tried them all?

We like to play a game here — who can try them all first?

Because it’s important that our staff taste what they’re selling, then pick their favourites (all the better to recommend to you on decision-fatigue days).

Below, the full winter pastry specials menu reveal. Followed by a few of our top picks from the shop.

The Winter Pastry Menu

Pain Suisse. You might have tried this tasty morsel in previous years — we’re absolutely stoked to bring it back. A custard-and-chocolate, textured pastry fold; warm it a little for extra goo.

Pesto Zucchini, Goat Cheese + Spinach Bechamel Danish. We love our greens! We love pastry! So this two-in-one combo is the ideal savoury breakfast, snack and treat.

Romesco, Shiitake + Cheese Danish. Another savoury bite, and a big 180-degree twist on our legendary mushy danish. How does it compete? Have your say.

Coffee, Almond + Raisin Danish. It’s like dunking your almond croissant in your morning coffee (only better). We’ve made that luscious morning habit simpler and a little less messy.

Lemon Custard, Citrus Compote + Orange Shortcrust Danish. Using the best of the season’s ingredients for a multi-citrus taste adventure. Layered on, in so many different ways.

French Earl Grey Carrot Cake. Our much-requested favourite (by staff + customers alike) is back with a fragrant twist. It’s the perfect after-meal and afternoon sweet treat.

NY-Style Baked Cheesecake. No words needed (just eat it). Topped with berries or citrus.

Vegan Cookie. An oat, cranberry + date base — absolutely passable as a breakfast bite.

Plus, all the staple viennoiserie.

(And, as promised, the current bakery winner. The big award goes to the Pesto Danish!)

See you soon ✌️
