Introducing Seasonal Bakery Menus

Okay, we’ve been playing with the concept for a long while — tapping into seasonal and local ingredients isn’t anything particularly new for us here. (It’s just one part of our sustainable bakery mission.)
But we’ve doubled down on our commitment this autumn, promising to shake things up on the snack and pastry menus for brand-new flavours and updated offerings. Watch this space as we start planning the winter editions.
Autumn Snack Menu
Pizza
Topping our signature sourdough pizza bases this season:
HAM + MUSHROOM with free-range ham, mushrooms, oregano and cheese on a tomato base. Because it’s a classic and it needs no messing with.
MUSHROOM + POTATO with potato cream, mushrooms, saltbush, thyme and truffle oil. Our vegan-friendly pizza gets a little fancy here — and it’s so delicious that it’s beloved by meat and veg lovers alike.
MARGHERITA with basil, oregano and cheese on a tomato base. The one that never leaves the menu for good reason.
Rolls
Made for lunch-on-the-go, we take our sourdough Turkish Rolls (available daily as is) and stuff them with fillings that deeply satisfy:
FRIED CHOOK ROLL with free-range chicken, Szechuan pepper, kimchi, mayo, lettuce, pickles, coriander and Swiss cheese. Our staff say it’s like a way better version of your favourite drive-through joint — we’ll let you be the judge and confirm.
SALAD ROLL with lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato, beetroot, sprouts, Swiss cheese and mayo. The freshest bite around.
ROAST VEG ROLL with broccolini, eggplant, pumpkin, capsicum, spinach and babaganoush. A filling vegan-friendly lunch.
And don’t forget our Monthly Toastie special. We dream up new flavours (and always take suggestions), so you can try something new along with our beloved permanent two (Reuben and Pesto).
Autumn Pastry + Sweets Seasonal Menu
Danishes
Because it’s a pastry made for a variety of textures and flavours:
FIG, HONEY RICOTTA + PISTACHIO CRUMB DANISH. Which is just a ‘wow’ combo making the most of autumn’s bounty.
PASSIONFRUIT, DULCE DE LECHE + SAVOURY GRANOLA DANISH. For that sweet-meets-savoury special spot.
PUMPKIN, GOATS CHEESE BECHAMEL + SALTBUSH DANISH. A savoury option perfect for nibbling on the road or by the lake.
Cakes
After much deliberation, we made over our cake menu — but never fear, your old faves will make occasional appearances, and we’re certain we can convince you on these new slices:
STRAWBERRY, RHUBARB + VANILLA ROULADE. It might just be the prettiest cake you’ll dig into all year.
CHAI PEAR CAKE. Taste it, and you’ll come back for more.
