Thursdays have just gotten (even) better. With doughnuts and bagels already amping up the almost-last-day-of-work vibes, Sasha’s Special Sourdough explodes the doughy goodness into the stratosphere.
The Sourdough
Expect a one-day-only loaf of artisan sourdough, packed with a new flavour every week.
It’s Baker Sasha’s chance to play, and your opportunity to branch beyond the normal menu: try something different, challenge your idea of ‘daily bread’. It’s often savoury, and sometimes sweet, always baked with love using sustainable stoneground flour.
A few of our recent faves:
Walnut + Raisin Loaf — a low-effort sourdough for breakfast ease, just toast and smear with butter.
Chestnut Loaf — a versatile bite, paired with fried bacon for a savoury option, or turned into French toast and drizzled with maple syrup for a sweet taste.
Choc Chip + Hazelnut Loaf — a breakfast treat, best toasted and spread with salted butter or mascarpone.
Roasted Garlic + Herbs Loaf — with a subtle something extra, to top with cured meats or toast and butter.

The New Weekly Ritual
Mark it in your diary, add it to your iCal and hit ‘repeat’ — these loaves are baked fresh in limited quantities, so it’s first in, first rewarded.
We add serving suggestions to every combo, taking the brainwork out and ensuring the deliciousness.
